Don Grummer
Home Quest

Don joined J & H Asset Property Management, Inc. in November 2001; Don brings to J & H,  25 years experience in construction, property management and real estate brokerage dealing in commercial, residential and MH / RV park properties. Don works with J & H clients for both the acquisition and sale of their mobile home communities and RV parks in our park brokerage division.

Don also manages our staff of licensed home sales agents for Home Quest, our mobile home sales division. Home Quest has been very effective for our community residents, as well as client owners, in the sale of both new and existing homes in the communities managed by J & H.

PROPERTY MANAGERS

Dianne Weston
Property Manager

In 1997, Dianne Weston joined J & H Asset Property Management, Inc. as a Property Manager. Dianne received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Irvine and holds a California Real Estate License. Dianne came to J & H with ten years experience in the management of commercial and retail properties in Florida and California.

During her time at J & H, Dianne has received her MCM designation and is currently a member of the WMA Utilities Task Force. In addition to a portfolio of mobile home parks, Dianne manages apartment complexes, including a senior complex in Rancho Mirage, which included a total lease-up.

Julie Hickenbottom
Property Manager

Julie Hickenbottom is entering the 13th year of her career with the Mobilehome Park and Manufactured Housing Industry. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has obtained her MCM Certificate with WMA. During her tenure in the industry, Julie has represented Mobilehome Park Owners on the Colton Rent Control Board and was the secretary for their Board of Directors.

In addition, she has managed several Mobilehome Parks owned by the City of San Bernardino. She also managed the Park owned by the City of Colton, and was secretary for their Board of Directors.

Bob Hardy
Property Manager

Bob Hardy joined J & H in January of 2004. Bob was promoted to a Property Manager in July of this year after getting his California Real Estate License. Bob’s wife, Beverly, also works for J & H as an on-site manager.

Bob served in the United States Army for seven years, following in his father’s footsteps. Bob was born in Egypt, but moved to Hampshire, New England, which is where that wonderful English accent came from. Since his father was in the military, Bob lived in over 40 different countries during his younger years. After serving in the army, Bob owned and operated his own automotive business for 28 years. He has been married to Beverly for 42 years.

Bob brings to his new job at J & H, his experience in working in the industry. He and Beverly have managed RV parks that ranged from 200 to 1,000 spaces. He says the best part of his job is meeting new people and interacting with them on a daily basis.

All of us at J & H enjoy Bob’s energy and good humor.

Joe Levy
Property Manager

Joe Levy joined the J & H Property Management team in September of 2004. While learning the ins and outs of the mobile home park industry, Joe also studied for and earned his Californian Real Estate License and his Mobile Home Sales License. Joe’s past employment experiences as a regional service manager in the consumer electronics field, as well as, the Director of Operations for a national transportation company brings a fresh set of ideas to J & H.

One of Joe’s fondest memories was being the proud co-owner along with his wife, Chris, of The Grand Stand Deli & Pizza located in Walnut, California. He owned and managed that restaurant from 1988 to 1992. Joe is also an avid history buff. His hobbies and interests are reading, discussing, and visiting historical sites. His favorite sites he visited were the Civil War Battlefield grounds of the Battle of Gettysburg in Pennsylvania.

What Joe likes most about being part of J&H is working with top notch quality and professional people at every level of the company. Joe is a sincere, honest individual. We at J & H are very proud to work with him and his positive attitude and contagious smile.
