Project Supervision
The value of your property and its maintenance requirements are our
on-going concern. Your licensed property management supervisor will
personally handle and accept full responsibility for each necessary

- Final inspection
Resident Relations
We maintain smooth operations by keeping the proper balance between
tenant/management relations. We assume responsibility for all tenant
interaction in conjunction with on-site manager. We have bi-lingual
staff members available. Rules enforcement in conjunction with on-site
managers, including service of 3/60 Day Notices, 14-Day Notices, and
7-Day Notices. We will:

Community Involvement
J & H ‘s management team is actively involved with several area
rent review commissions and has participated in the re-writing of several
